Premium Chipboard Box Printing Malaysia
A premium chipboard box is built around a thick, rigid chipboard core, then wrapped in custom-printed art paper. Unlike a folding carton it holds its shape permanently — it does not collapse flat, and it feels solid in the hand. That weight is what makes it the standard choice for gift, corporate and luxury packaging.
How a Premium Chipboard Box Is Made
The chipboard core is cut and assembled into a rigid structure. Your artwork is offset printed onto art paper, which is then wrapped over the board and finished by hand. Printing the wrap rather than the board itself means full-colour artwork reproduces cleanly across the whole box, including the edges and the inside of the lid.
Inner Trays and Inserts
Most premium boxes need the product held in place. We supply inner trays in foam, velvet or art card, cut to your product so it sits securely and presents well the moment the box is opened. Send us the product or its dimensions and we will make the tray to fit.
Finishing Options
Matte or gloss lamination, spot UV, hot stamping, embossing and debossing. Finishing is where a premium box earns its price, and it all sits on the printed wrap.

Minimum Order Quantity and Lead Time
MOQ is 500 pieces per design. Production takes 14 working days after artwork approval and deposit payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Premium boxes are assembled and wrapped by hand, which is why both the minimum and the lead time are higher than our folding carton range.
