Flute boxes use corrugated board — a wavy inner layer between flat liners — making them lightweight yet strong. E-flute and B-flute are popular for mailer boxes and product shippers.
What printing is available on flute boxes?
Full-colour and spot-colour printing are both available.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom flute boxes?

How long does flute box printing take?
7–14 working days after artwork approval and deposit payment (not including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). Digitally printed boxes are at the shorter end of that range; offset printed boxes take up to 14 working days. Rush orders may be available on request.
Can I print my own design and logo on flute boxes?
Yes. Boxes are printed in full colour — offset printing for most sizes, with digital printing available for smaller formats. No artwork yet? Our in-house design team can create or adapt it for you.
