Ready stock items ordered through our online shop are charged a delivery fee shown at checkout, or you can collect from our office free of charge.

7–14 working days after artwork confirmation and deposit payment. This is made possible by our parent company Ean Label Industry Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia Book of Records holder for the fastest packaging printing lead time in Malaysia.

Screen colours (RGB) can differ slightly from printed colours (CMYK). Different materials — paper box, plastic, aluminium pouch — also have their own finish and texture that affect how colours appear. For full confidence, we recommend ordering a printed sample before bulk production.

Yes. We send a digital e-proof for your approval before production begins, so there are no surprises.

Yes. Samples are printed on our actual production machines, so what you see is exactly what you’ll get. A sample fee applies: RM50.00. Sample lead time: 3-5 working days.

Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor progress via our courier partner’s system.

Yes. Our in-house design team can take you from concept to print-ready file. Design fees apply and are quoted based on complexity — WhatsApp us to discuss your project.

Yes. If you already have your own artwork or logo, simply upload it and we’ll take care of the rest.
