How do I place an order or request a quote?

Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes — we deliver across Malaysia and internationally. Klang Valley customers enjoy free delivery for orders above RM200. WhatsApp us your location and we’ll provide shipping details and cost.
How long does production take?
7–14 working days after artwork confirmation and deposit payment. Our lead time is officially recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records as the fastest packaging printing lead time in Malaysia.
Will the printed colours match what I see on screen?
Screen colours (RGB) can differ slightly from printed colours (CMYK). Different materials — paper box, plastic, aluminium pouch — also have their own finish and texture that affect how colours appear. For full confidence, we recommend ordering a printed sample before bulk production.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. We send a digital e-proof for your approval before production begins, so there are no surprises.
Can I get a physical sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are printed on our actual production machines, so what you see is exactly what you’ll get. A sample fee applies: RM50.00. Sample lead time: 3-5 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor progress via our courier partner’s system.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Do you offer packaging design services?
Yes. Our in-house design team can take you from concept to print-ready file. Design fees apply and are quoted based on complexity — WhatsApp us to discuss your project.
Can I print my own design and logo?
Yes. If you already have your own artwork or logo, simply upload it and we’ll take care of the rest.
What format should my artwork be in?
Print-ready Adobe Illustrator (AI) or PDF file in CMYK colour, 300dpi, with [3mm] bleed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online banking and iPay88. Bank transfers and cheques should be made payable to E-TECH PACKAGING SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. (cheques crossed). A [50%] deposit confirms your order; the balance is due [before delivery].
